Holiday Inn Express & Suites Canyon by IHG

Stayed there last night, the staff was awesome! Teresa at the front desk was so professional and kind!! Room was so clean and spacious! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way! Will only stay here my next trip this way!

Very nice Stay. I would definitely , highly recommend this place. I was traveling for work and was exhausted, the bed was very, very comfortable. This entire property is very, very clean and well-maintained Nice pool, Hot tub is awesome !! Breakfast was typical, but it was very good and the lady taking care of it was very nice and kept everything fresh and stocked. Everyone working here that I spoke with was very nice and very helpful. From my check in late the night before until my late checkout the next day I hate that I didn’t catch anyone’s name other than Teresa, the sweet lady who was working the front when I checked out.

Great place to stay! Super clean great staff and breakfast. Allows dogs which is helpful when visiting our daughter at college

On a family trip in the fall. Stopped in at night. Had good rest and a great breakfast. Thank you to IHG for upgrading the coffee machines. The new coffee is awesome.

Stayed while visiting Palo Duro Canyon and have nothing but good to say. Beds were comfy, rooms were quiet, staff was friendly, kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast was solid (kids really like the pancake maker).

Only detractor for this hotel was all the garbage cans in the breakfast room were overflowing and the table I sat at was dirty. I told the person at the front desk and they said the person working the kitchen would get to it. 25 min later garbage cans remain untouched. Table we sat at was dirty and I had to wipe it down myself.

I stayed here for 1 night recently, while on a roadtrip and visiting Palo Duro Canyon State Park. This hotel was located a short drive from the park, was easy to find, and they are dog friendly (with a reasonable pet fee for the stay). The check in process was easy, and I found the room to be comfortable and clean. I would say the only thing I didn't like about this hotel, was the elevator, which was very small, jolted/jumped often, and ran very slow. It seems it was the only elevator in the hotel, making it a bit difficult to get all the staff with the cleaning carts and the customers where they need to go efficiently. Overall, I would stay here again, but I might ask for a room on the first floor to avoid the small/sluggish elevator!

Best stay of our whole three week road trip. Staff was excellent went above and beyond for us, room was great and even breakfast was good. We'll definitely stop here again.
